There are 5 members in the family and the father is an only earning member. He has a private job and his monthly income is Rs.15000/-. The surgery is to be done in Fortis Escort Hospital, under the supervision of Dr. Neeraj Awasthy  (MD, FNB Director pediatric cardiology).
