Avyan Dubey 3 Years old boy was suffering from Congenital Heart Defect, Nonrestrictive Perimembranous VSD, Dilated LA\LV. He needs VSD Closure (open heart surgery) to save his life. There are 5 members in the family and the father is an only earning member. He works in court and his monthly income is Rs.15000/-. The surgery was done in Fortis Escort Hospital, under the supervision of Dr. Neeraj Awasthy (MD, FNB Director pediatric cardiology). The total cost of the surgery was Rs.3,80,000/ .His family required financial assistance from Diya Medicare Foundation. The family was not in a position to bear the expenses of his treatment.He was admitted in hospital on 28th Dec 205 and successfully discharged from hospital after surgery on 5th January 2026.
