Mast Ritik Kumar 8 Years old boy was suffering from Congenital Heart Defect. He needed Open Heart Surgery TOF to save his life. There are 5 members in the family and father is an only earning member. He is a farmer and his monthly income is Rs 10,000/- Rs. The surgery was done in Fortis Escort Hospital, under the supervision of Dr. Neeraj Awasthy (MD, FNB Director pediatric cardiology). The total cost of the surgery is Rs.4,50,000/ but the family required assistance of Rs. 1,50,000/- from Diya Medicare Foundation. His family was not in a position to bear the expenses of his treatment. With the help of our esteemed supporters, we helped the family with the required amount in the surgery. He was admitted in hospital on 28th May 2025 and successfully discharged after surgery on 4th June 2025. He is healthy now.
