Wahad Ahmad 16 Years old boy suffering from Congenital Heart Defect, Severe Valvar PS, Dysplastic Pulmonary Valve, Dysfunction. He needs Early Cardiac Catherization followed by Balloon Pulmonary Valvuloplasty to save his life. There are 5 members in the family and the father is an only earning member. He has a small business and his monthly income is Rs 15000/-. The surgery is to be done in Fortis Escort Hospital, under the supervision of Dr. Neeraj Awasthy  (MD, FNB Director pediatric cardiology). The total estimate of the surgery is Rs 2,00,000/ .His family requires financial assistance from Diya Medicare Foundation.  The family is not in a position to bear the expenses of his treatment.
