Rohan Yadav 10 Years 10 Months old boy was suffering from Congenital Heart Defect, Large inlet VSD. He needed early Cardiac Cath followed by VSD Closure Open Heart Surgery to save his life. There are 5 members in the family and the father is an only earning member. He works as a farmer and his monthly income is Rs. 12000/-. The surgery was done in Fortis Escort Hospital, under the supervision of Dr. Neeraj Awasthy  (MD, FNB Director pediatric cardiology). The total cost of the surgery wass Rs. 4,00,000/ .His family required financial assistance from Diya Medicare Foundation.  The family was not in a position to bear the expenses of his treatment.
