Mohd Ajaz 4 years old male was suffering from congenital heart Defect, Restricted Outlet Muscular VSD With RCC Prolapse, Severe Infundibular PS. He needed early surgery of VSD Closure + Pulmonary Valvotomy Open Heart Surgery to save his life. His father is the only earning member who works as a daily wage labourer. His monthly income is Rs 8,000/-. The treatment was given in Fortis Escort Okhla New Delhi, under the supervision of Dr. Neeraj Awasthy (MD, FNB Director of pediatric cardiology). The total cost was Rs.3,80,000/- for the surgery.
