Master Shivansh (Son of Mohan Svaroop) 7 Month old male, was Suffering from congenital heart defect, AV-Discordance, Fossa ASD, Large Inlet VSD, Aorta Arsing from left sided, Pulmonary Atresia, PDA. RPA-7.0mm, LPA-5.5mm, (Exp-6). He needed Early CT Pulmonary angiography Followed by BD Glenn Surgery atrial switch operation Open Heart Surgery. The cost of this surgery was 3,50,000/- Lakh (Three Lakh Fifty Thousand).The family required finance assistance from Diya Medicare Foundation for Rs.250000/- (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand).
