Pranshi 9 month old girl was suffering from Congenital Heart Defect, D-TGA, Perimembranous VSD, Severe PS. She needed early REV open heart surgery to save his life. There are 4 members in the family and father is the only earning member. He works as a security guard. His monthly income is Rs 17,000/-. The treatment was gieven in Fortis Escort Hospital, under the supervision of Dr. Neeraj Awasthy, MD, FNB Director Pediatric Cardiology. The total cost was Rs.5,00,000/- for the surgery. The family required finance assistance from Diya Medicare Foundation for Rs. 5,00,000/-.
